SAIPEDES / 01Getting started
Make a first pass through the demonstration by workshop, machine and metric.
Find the workshop and identify one machine. Read a single metric with its unit, then move to another asset and check the identifier again. Once you can name the machine, measurement and observation window, you have the context to explore the other views.
SAIPEDES / 02Operator handover guide
Give the incoming shift an equipment identifier, a time window and a precise observation.
Begin with the station and asset, then record the start and end of the observation. For example, a station waited three times late in the shift and its completed count rose again after recovery. Record possible causes separately so the next operator can verify them.
SAIPEDES / 03Connectivity preparation
Agree on signal definitions, units, sampling intervals and clocks before planning a connection.
Create a mapping row for each proposed signal. Include the asset identifier, original field, physical unit, timestamp source and handling of missing values. Test conversions and ordering against a short offline sample first. The signals on this site are generated in the browser.
SAIPEDES / 04Digital twin field notes
See how a spatial model, an asset identifier and a time series describe one physical object.
The model locates the object. The identifier distinguishes it from similar equipment. The time series records when its condition changed. A stable equipment reference joins the three, while clear signal definitions make the behavior interpretable.
SAIPEDES / 05FAQ and troubleshooting
Check the active asset and observation window when a value changes unexpectedly.
Establish whether the value is instantaneous or cumulative, and whether you switched assets or started the demonstration again. Refreshing can restart a simulated scene. To reproduce a display issue, record the page, equipment identifier and steps you took.
SAIPEDES / 06Demo release notes
The console now includes fifteen workspaces and a component-level twin of two lines.
Open the J3 elbow assembly on RB-02 to isolate its servo and reducer. Inject a fault in Monitoring, locate the source in Alarms and record service in Maintenance. Energy, network and process layers use the same equipment positions and simulated states.
